seline="baseline" ms-text-autospace="ms-text-autospace" ideograph-numeric="ideograph-numeric" ms-text-justify="ms-text-justify" inter-ideograph="inter-ideograph">*.*.本招标项目要求投标人须具备有效的不低于叁 级电力工程施工总承包资质或不低于叁级输变电工程专业承包 资质和《施工企业安全生产许可证》。（无需资质的项目，从其规定）
