normal style='margin-left:18.15pt;text-indent:-18.15pt;line-height: 150%'>3、招标范围（内容）：
normal style='margin-left:11.95pt;line-height:150%'>食堂鲜果配送，以应季水果为主。详见附件《采购清单》按实结算。供货期2027年1月1日至2028年12月31日。
本项目按时间段划分为标段1和标段2。
标段1：2027年1、3季度和2028年1、3季度；
标段2：2027年2、4季度和2028年2、4季度。
注：
normal style='margin-left:11.95pt;line-height:150%'>（1）按照招标文件规定进行评标，由评标委员会推荐2名中标候选人，第一中标候选人中标标段1，第二中标候选人中标标段2，且第二中标人应承诺接受第一中标人最低折扣率，如无第二中标候选人，则由第一中标候选人同时中标两个标段。
normal style='margin-left:11.95pt;line-height:150%'>（2）项目执行过程中，如其中某一标段解除合同，另一个标段中标人应立即承接前一标段未执行部分，保证招标人食堂正常运营。

5.1投标人须是中华人民共和国境内的独立企业法人及境外企业在国内的合法机构，且具有独立订立合同的资格（证明文件：提供营业执照复印件，加盖投标人公章或电子章）。

5.3投标人未被列入“信用”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单（投标人无需提供证明文件，以评标委员会在开标当日网站查询结果为准）。
5.4 2016年1月至投标截止日有1项有效期一年以上的鲜果供货业绩合同（证明文件：提供能清晰体现供货范围、合同金额及数量、签字日期等信息的合同复印件，加盖投标人公章或电子章）。

完成国E平台的登记手续后需及时联系招标代理，接招标代理通知或待深圳能源集团电子招标平台的状态更新为“通过”后，在深圳能源集团电子招标平台使用CA完成招标文件的获取。

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>5）投标文件制作：投标文件应严格按照招标文件要求进行编制，文件大小应不超过500M。投标文件不支持PDF直接上传。法定代表人证明书、法定代表人授权书必须加盖投标人公章（法定代表人授权书需由法定代表人签字），投标人须将此文件扫描后放入WORD中进行上传，其他文件如无特殊要求可加盖本平台CA电子章。
