normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>深能鄂尔多斯市鄂托克前旗上海庙经济开发区光伏制氢项目位于内蒙古鄂尔多斯市鄂托克前旗上海庙经济开发区，项目建设250MW光伏发电站、220kV升压站及送出线路，配套建设1座年制氢量6000吨制氢站及氢气储罐等储运设施。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本项目采用新能源光伏发电制氢工艺，配置3套制氢系统（共9台1000Nm³/h碱性电解槽），产出绿氢产品纯度不低于99.999%。现计划将氢气通过管束式长管拖车运输至指定地点，预估运输总量为1000吨（最终结算以实际运输数量为准）。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>运输路线：氢气起运地址位于内蒙古鄂尔多斯市鄂托克前旗上海庙镇化工园区深能光伏制氢站（高德地图可直接搜索“深能北方（鄂托克前旗）能源开发有限公司”），氢气接收地址位于宁夏自治区银川市灵武市宁东能源化工基地化工新材料园区，运输距离约为35km。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1招标范围：深能鄂托克前旗光伏制氢站氢气运输服务，主要工作范围包括但不限于：
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>①中标人负责提供满足本项目要求的管束式长管拖车（含氢气管束式集装箱、牵引车头），并配备作业人员（驾驶员、押运员），完成氢气的道路运输服务，保障运输全过程安全、合规、稳定。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>②中标人负责的运输服务包含充装前车辆安检、充装配合、静置检漏、道路运输、卸车操作配合、单据交接、车辆归场等工作；中标人所有进场人员须严格遵守制氢站、卸车点的现场安全管理制度与作业规程。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>具体招标内容详见招标文件第八章工作任务书（技术规范书）有关规定并以其为准。投标人必须对所有招标内容进行投标，不允许只对部分内容投标。如有重大缺漏，将导致废标。

5.3投标人须具有氢气公路运输项目合同完成业绩；（证明文件：提供合同关键页复印件，同时提供用户证明或验收报告或履约评价或发票等证明资料，提供合同资料应清晰真实的体现项目名称、合同范围等信息）
