(1)拟参加本项目的投标单位应具备所投产品为以下品类之一的：一类:提供所投产品的《第 一类医疗器械备案凭证》和《第一类医疗器械生产备案凭证》(进口除外)。二类:具备 《第二类医疗器械经营备案凭证》(投标人为生产企业除外)，并提供所投产品的《医疗器械生产许可证 》(进口除外)和《医疗器械注册证》。三类:具备《医疗器械经营许可证》 (投标人为生产企业除外)，并提供所投产品的《医疗器械生产许可证》(进口除外)和《医疗器械注册证》。提供符合响应品类的备案凭证或经营许可证。
